My name is Elena. I, together with my sister Fortunata, my cousins Maria and Jenny and our friend Bojana recently attended the Orecchiette making workshop at the Brunswick Neighborhood House. We also met two other lovely ladies, Sarah and her daughter Ruby.

Firstly, the Brunswick Neighborhood House location was a beautiful surprise. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. And so lovely to have a sunny outlook onto the park.

Secondly, the presenters Roberta Ingrosso and Salvatore Rossano were warm, welcoming and generous. The workshop was a delightful experience and highly educative.

It was wonderful to learn something new.
The ambience of place, people,  pasta-making, beautiful traditional music (piano accordion) and shared story-telling made for a taste of Puglia, Italy.

We shared the orecchiette with a delicious sauce created by Salvatore over a glass of wine and our leftovers we took home to share with family.

The gourmet Torte baked by Roberta was a sublime ending to a perfect Sunday afternoon!

We would thoroughly recommend the workshop and happy to share photos.
